A Simple Life is a charming, elegant mountain retreat with an open floorplan, a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living and dining area, and a sleeping area with a king bed. The full bathroom is nicely updated and has a large shower. Tucked away between the bedroom and bathroom is a cozy nook with an HD Smart TV and a convertible sleeper chair that opens up to a single bed. Sliding glass doors open to the rear deck and mountain views.

Perched atop Beech Mountain, A Simple Life is a single-level condo with an open and efficient interior, spacious bathroom, and level front door entry. There is easy access from the parking area and only a few steps up from the parking area to the front deck and house entrance, making it more accessible for those with limited mobility. Guests can walk from the property to Beech Mountain Ski Resort and enjoy snow skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snow tubing, and sledding. Also within walking distance are restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and more.

The Buckeye Lake and Recreation Center is only 3 miles from the property and features a large lake with fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boating, and more. There is a large covered pavilion with bathrooms, grills, picnic tables, and more overlooking Buckeye Lake. The 22,000 square foot recreation center offers basketball, volleyball, tennis, weight and fitness equipment, outdoor sporting fields, a playground, an obstacle course, a climbing area, and numerous biking, walking, and hiking trails. A Simple Life can sleep up to 3 guests, ideal for two adults and one child, in a king bed and a single sleeper chair. The full bathroom features a large tiled shower and updated vanity, lighting, and flooring. Although there is no washer or dryer in the condo, guests can use a shared laundry facility onsite. The updated kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops, and new stainless appliances and is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and more. Cook and serve full meals in style at A Simple Life. There is a floor-model AC unit set up for maximum comfort and temperature control during warmer months. Two HDTVs offer digital cable programming, one in the living area and one in the cozy nook. High-speed WiFi internet offers guests convenient connectivity. 

*Although there is no washer/dryer in the condo, there is a shared laundry facility onsite just a short walk from the unit that guests can use.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
