Centrally located in Deep Gap's Triplett Valley, Powder Horn Mountain is immersed in natural grandeur, yet a short drive from the towns of Boone, Blowing Rock and West Jefferson, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, ski slopes and numerous outdoor recreational activities. Powder Horn Mountain is a privately owned, gated residential community on 1,250 wooded acres, featuring three lakes, numerous creeks, breathtaking vistas and an abundance of local flora, fauna, and wildlife. There are many amenities for guests to enjoy including a fitness center, game room, miles of hiking trails, creeks and lakes for fishing and much more. The great room has leather sofas, a wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood) and wall windows. The wrap around main level deck is graced with plenty of deck furniture and outdoor dining. The lower level family provides a second living area with TV, fire place and an air hockey table for fun and games. A porch swing on the lower level deck is a perfect spot for morning coffee. There are five bedrooms and an additional bunk bed sleeping nook accommodating up to 12 guests.
Additional amenities include a large laundry room, wifi, and tv with programing and BlueRay. Up to two pets are allowed to be included, additional pet fees apply. The inclined paved driveway has a carport at the top for dry loading and unloading with space for several other vehicles behind.
