Coopers Ridge Description
Welcome to Cooper's Ridge!
Enjoy your next mountain getaway at this lovely home on Beech Mountain. Enjoy long-range layered mountain views and cool mountain air year-round from the many windows and the deck. Located 10 minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort and 15 minutes from the Beech Mountain Club, there are fun activities to keep you busy in any season. Banner Elk is a 20-minute drive down the mountain. Boone and Blowing Rock are about 45 minutes away.
The main level is an open concept living area. The living room includes a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace and large windows for natural light and views. A place for gathering, the kitchen, dining room, and deck beyond provide space to enjoy your time together in the mountains. There is a gas grill, a gas fire table, and a place to dine on the deck. A wooden stepped walkway leads down to a lovely park-style bench by a rock outcropping overlooking the woods.
The main floor king suite has a private ensuite bathroom, in-room deck access, and a pass-through view of the living room fireplace. There is a second living room on the lower level with a foosball game table, dartboard, board games, TV, and comfy furniture. The king suite on the lower level has pleasant views and a private ensuite bathroom. A queen bedroom and bunk room are also on the lower level and share a hallway bathroom. The pullout sleeper sofa accommodates two additional guests.
Enjoy the cool mountain air at this high elevation. There is no air conditioning at Cooper's Ridge, and the home is heated with baseboard heating throughout. Guests will enjoy TV programming, Roku, and Hulu on the Smart TVs. There is Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer for guest use. Up to two pets are welcome with your reservation. Standard pet fees will apply. The gravel road leads to level parking in front of the main level entrance, with additional parking on the lower level parking pad with lower level entry.

You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
