Welcome to Cottage Steve!
Enjoy a cozy mountain getaway at this quaint condo between Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk! This snug two-story condo has a queen bedroom upstairs and a queen sleeper sofa downstairs, accommodating up to 4 guests. Situated just 5 minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and 5 minutes from downtown Banner Elk!
Cottage Steve's main level features an open living area with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, a reading nook, and large flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors in the living room open up to a deck with an electric grill, lounge chairs, and a breakfast table perfect for coffee anytime. Beyond the living area is a well-equipped kitchen with a counter-height dining table for 4 and a coffee bar. Make your way to the upper level, and you will find a newly updated bathroom with a glass wall shower and a comfy queen bedroom with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a closet.
Additional amenities at Cottage Steve include electric heating, wifi, and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO, and ESPN+). Cottage Steve is located towards the bottom of the community, and there is a paved parking area with ample parking for easy access in and out. There is also a back gravel path that guests can use to access the condo if they do not want to use the stairs! Cottage Steve can sleep up to 4 guests, ideal for 2 couples or a small family.
Cottage Steve is a perfectly quaint, cozy place where you will make awesome memories in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.

**Although there is no washer or dryer in the condo (YET!), there is a laundromat less than a mile away in the food lion parking lot.
MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
