Grandview Summit Cabin Description
Welcome to Grandview Summit Cabin!
This cozy cabin features long-range, multi-layered views from the main room and lower level. Located in a private mountain neighborhood in a central, close-to-everything location between Boone and Blowing Rock. Vaulted ceilings with rustic wood beams complement the great room and kitchen area. The updated kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in bar area.Three bedrooms and two renovated baths are located on the first floor (sleeps 8). The lower level contains the second living room, a pull-out couch (sleeps 2), a pool table, an additional bathroom, and a wet bar area. Abundant outdoor spaces include decks, a patio, a custom stone fire pit, and a large, grassy yard on both ends of the cabin.
MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YRS OF AGE TO BOOK
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. But you may recover the entire amount if travel insurance was purchased and the reason for the cancellation was covered.
