Welcome to Grin Inn Bear It!
Grin Inn Bear It is a 4BR/4.5BA log cabin at the top of Seven Devils. Centrally located to many of the High Country’s favorite attractions, this spacious cabin provides convenient access to favorites like Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zipline (8 min), Otter Falls Trail (5 min), Grandfather Vineyard and Winery (8 min), the Greater Foscoe Gem Mining Company (10 min), Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster (13 min), Sugar Mountain Ski Resort (17 minutes), and the towns of Boone and Banner Elk are less than a 20-minute drive away.Overlooking the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains, this cabin is perfect for a peaceful mountain retreat. The living room has vaulted ceilings, warm tongue and groove detailing, and cozy seating arrangements surrounding the two-story gas fireplace with a large HDTV. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there is dining for 6 at the main dining table and 2 at the bar seating area. Additional outdoor dining for 6 is on the covered deck, along with rocking chairs and a grill.
The Master King Bedroom is on the main level and has an attached private bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are 2 Queen bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has a Queen bed and a private full bathroom with a combo tub and shower. There are two additional Queen-sized sleeper sofas.
Also on the lower level is a game den with a pool table, a ping pong table, a pinball machine, and a multicade arcade machine. There is also a separate sitting area with comfy seating surrounding a large HDTV. Outside, there is a second level of covered deck, with outdoor seating and a 7 person hot tub that overlooks the sweeping view.
This home is NOT pet-friendly, and there is parking for 4 vehicles. Access to this home is up a set of stairs.
