Welcome to High Time!
High Time features a classic yet contemporary log home design with a cozy floor plan, a gas fireplace in the living room, and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace on the covered deck. Nestled into the mountains in a private, gated neighborhood with hiking trails, High Time is close to all the High Country attractions. Hawksnest Snowtubing and Zipline (6 miles away), Both Boone and Banner Elk (10 miles away), Grandfather Mountain (11 miles away), Blowing Rock (12 miles away), and the village of Valle Crucis, which boasts a beautiful community park, the original Mast General Store, the Watauga River, and great shopping, restaurants, and more (10 miles away).
The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings offers the convenience of two bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and main deck access on the main level. Upstairs you will find another King bedroom with exposed beams and a private bath. Central heating and air conditioning, WiFi, and Smart TVs in bedrooms make High Time a fun, convenient place to enjoy your mountain vacation.
Please Note: Per POA restrictions, no firearms or fireworks can be discharged on or near premises. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Neighborhood requires that renters have tire chains, regardless of road conditions at the time of arrival. Drivers should expect one lane only on gravel roads. Even the slightest ice or snow makes these roads treacherous.
MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
