With close proximity to Linville, Grandfather Mountain, and Banner Elk, this home offers everything you need to see what the High Country has to offer. You approach the home with enough parking for 3 cars. The entryway is highlighted by a covered wrap-around deck with rocking chairs, a gas grill, and a hot tub. Once you enter the home, you are immediately welcomed by the living area with nice leather sofas and a wood-burning fireplace. With enough dining for 6, this home can accommodate your entire group for any occasion. There is a powder room on the main floor. The master king bedroom is on the main floor with an Apple TV for your viewing pleasure. The king master also has an attached full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the entertainment loft. This loft has plenty of seating for the group with a 50" Smart TV and cable for sporting events, video games, and any other viewing entertainment you are looking for during your stay. The upstairs loft also has a pull-out couch for 2 additional sleeping spots. Downstairs, you'll find the laundry room, an additional king bedroom, a bunk room, and a game room. Every bedroom has a smart TV with cable television, as well as the game room. Plenty of TVs in this house for your viewing needs! There is a full bath on the downstairs floor. The game room hosts the foosball table, a shuffleboard table, and beanbags for seating. On the lower level, there is another covered deck with rocking chairs for your enjoyment. CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. But you may recover the entire amount if travel insurance was purchased and the reason for the cancellation was covered.
