Welcome to Overlook Nook!
Overlook Nook is a beautiful new luxury home located in the exclusive Eagles Nest Community with guest access to various community amenities. Walk a few hundred yards to the Eagles Nest Winery or further to the North Pavilion area with tennis courts, Sportsman Grille, an outdoor fire pit, and grassy fields. Just outside of Banner Elk and beside Beech Mountain, this house is convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Valle Crucis, and Watauga Lake. Elk River and the Watauga River are also nearby for fishing and riverside activities.
The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers premier amenities and nature-based activities appealing to all ages and interests. The rental rate includes an amenity fee granting access to all guest amenities. Overlook Nook offers a luxury stay with an oversized sectional couch in the living room situated around the Smart TV and gas log fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is in the open concept space for guests to enjoy company while preparing meals at the granite dining island. Step outside for outdoor living space on the covered deck, or move to the elegant firepit for an evening of conversation and S'mores.
The master bedroom on the main level has a private ensuite bathroom, TV, and large windows revealing beautiful mountain views and natural light. Upstairs, guests will be comfortable in the king bedroom and bunk room, sharing a full upstairs bathroom. The main floor sofa also converts to a comfortable queen sleeper for additional guests.
Overlook Nook is the ideal spot for your next exclusive mountain experience!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
