Welcome to Red Fox Retreat!
Red Fox Retreat is a 3BR/2BA log cabin located in the heart of Boone. Located just 5 minutes from New Market Center, Appalachian State University, and downtown Boone, this home has quick access to all of Boone’s diverse attractions. Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park, with miles of hiking and biking trails, a playground, and a picnic area, is less than 10 minutes, as is the famous Blue Ridge Parkway. Other favorites like Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park, High Gravity Adventure Zip Line and Aerial Park, and Appalachian Ski Mountain are within a 20-minute drive.
Experience true High Country relaxation in this cabin nestled in the woods. With a vaulted ceiling and a two-story stone fireplace centering the living room, mountain charm meets spacious accommodation. The living room also boasts cozy leather seating, a large HDTV, and multiple windows looking out to the wooded landscape. The kitchen and island are well-equipped, and there is seating for six (6) at the dining table. The covered wrap-around porch provides additional outdoor dining, comfy rocking chairs, and a gas grill. The owners have recently trimmed the trees, opening up the view for your enjoyment.
The master king bedroom is on the main level and has an HDTV and an attached private full bathroom with a dual vanity and combination tub and shower. On the upper level, there is a full bedroom with an HDTV. It shares a full bathroom with a second bedroom equipped with a queen bed, two twin beds, and an HDTV.
The loft is a game room with a foosball table, board games for the family to enjoy, a queen-size sleep sofa for extra sleeping options. The garage is an additional game space with a ping pong table, arcade game, darts, and a gym space including weights and a Pro Form workout bike. Outside is a basketball goal, a ski lift swing, and Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit.
There is parking for three (3) vehicles. Access to this home is up a flight of eight (8) steps.This property is pet friendly. Two dogs up to 70 pounds are welcome with your reservation. Additional pet fees will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
