The town of Boone, and the Appalachian State University campus are all about 5 miles away! The LR sofa also opens up to provide a Queen sleeper bed for extra sleeping options. There is a full bathroom on the main level with a nice oversized shower, as well as a washer and dryer. The main level deck is partly-covered and partly open-air with a fun hinged bar top for outdoor dining, a gas grill, comfy outdoor furniture, and a warm fire table.
