Misty Ridge Retreat has been dramatically refreshed with a remodeled kitchen, stylish new furnishings, fresh interior paint throughout, and new living room windows designed to showcase even more of the mountain view. From the updated exterior details to the bright, welcoming interior, every space feels more polished, comfortable, and ready for today’s mountain traveler. Guests will also appreciate thoughtful conveniences like an EV charger and whole-house backup generator for added ease and peace of mind.

Comfortable Living with Stunning Views

The main level opens into a bright, welcoming great room with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a stone gas fireplace, a large-screen Smart TV, and comfortable seating for relaxing together after a day exploring Blowing Rock, hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway, or hitting the slopes. Newly added windows and glass doors bring the mountain views front and center, creating a space that feels both cozy and open.

The remodeled kitchen is both beautiful and practical, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything needed for easy family meals, coffee before a hike, or dinner at home after a day out. The home is best suited for up to 6 guests, with a queen trundle in the lower-level suite that can work well for a child if needed.
On the main level, the private king suite offers a restful retreat with easy access, a Smart TV, and an updated ensuite bathroom. It is a comfortable option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs while still enjoying the same warm, polished feel found throughout the home.

Downstairs, the spacious king primary suite feels like a private retreat of its own, with a gas fireplace, sitting area, Smart TV, direct access to the lower deck, and an adjustable desk workspace for guests mixing mountain time with remote work. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles per HOA regulations. No oversized trucks, vans, or commercial vehicles are permitted. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
