Welcome to Mountain Heart Lodge!
*Important Parking Note:
This townhome shares a driveway with the neighbor next door. Three (3) cars maximum allowed due to egress/ingress needs. Additional cars may park down at the office and carpool up. The owner has installed two cameras pointing towards the driveway to see how many cars are parked in the driveway. They are both pointing outside, and the owners are not observing anything private. The owner is asking that guests do not turn off the cameras.
*Maximum occupancy for this home is ten (10) people. More than ten (10) people staying in the home is not allowed.
Mountain Heart Lodge is a gorgeous 4BR/4.5BA townhome in the luxury mountain development of Eagles Nest. With beautiful views and fine finishes, Mountain Heart Lodge will be an unforgettable destination for any occasion. Enjoy the hot tub out on the back patio or the small basketball room downstairs for the kids. This home offers multiple king suites along with a bunk room downstairs. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p
Please note all visitors on the premises at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Important Notes:
- Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit the Off-Road Adventures website.
- Guest accepts responsibility for caring for outdoor furniture during reservation. Furniture must be covered when not in use.
- Guests can add firewood for Additional Fees on the website or by calling our office.
- Please note that Mountain Heart Lodge has wireless internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- AWD/4WD vehicles are required for our mountain homes during winter and inclement weather. In heavy snow, chains may also be necessary to access the property.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. However, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers premier community amenities and nature based activities appealing to all ages and interests. Amenities and guest availability are subject to change, please visit the Eagles Nest website and contact The Lodges at Eagles Nest for up to date information. The rental rate includes an amenity fee that grants access to all guest available amenities.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
