Welcome to Summit Creek!
Summit Creek, located on a quiet property with a nice backyard, mature woods to the side, has long-range mountain views. A large covered front porch with Adirondack chairs and rocking chairs, rear deck off of the main level with both covered and open-air outdoor dining and grilling, and lower rear deck with hot tub and porch swing offer ample space to enjoy the outdoors at Summit Creek. There is a trickling creek at the edge of the woods and a basketball goal in the paved, level driveway.
Note: This home has a 240v charging station located at the front of your house for your convenience (the charge rate is 30 miles per hour). Customers need to bring their own cord.
The main level features a living room with towering vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, comfy upscale sofas centered around the gas log fireplace, and an HDTV. The open kitchen/dining area include a large dining table, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all the basics necessary for serving and preparing family meals. A central half bathroom services the main floor. The main level master suite has a queen bed, an HDTV, a glass door out onto the deck, and a large full bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub, and a large shower.
The open loft is at the top of the stairs and offers a desk that converts to a fun game-playing/card/puzzle table. There is a sleeper chair that pulls out to a twin bed. The views from the loft are incredible! Also upstairs is a large king bedroom with a sleeper chair that opens to provide another twin bed and an HDTV. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower with access from the bedroom and the loft.
Downstairs there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a queen bedroom with an HDTV. The large family room has an 8-foot slate pool table, a cozy den area with comfy sofas, and a Smart TV with a soundbar. One of the sofas converts to a full-sized sleeper, and the other to a twin-size sleeper sofa. There is a full bath on this level. The rear deck with hot tub is accessible from this Family Room. Summit Creek also has Central Heat & Air Conditioning, WiFi Internet, and Cable TV programming on all 5 HDTVs.
The location is ideal, only a little over a mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway, a great place for bicycling, jogging, or exploring the Parkway and all the attractions along its path. Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, and Appalachian Ski Mountain are only about six (6) miles away. Boone is only seven (7) miles away. Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Hawksnest SnowTubing and ZipLines, and Beech Mountain Ski ResortBeech are between twenty (20) and thirty (30) miles from Summit Creek.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
