Surrounded on three sides by Moses Cone and Julian Price national parks with over 7,000 acres to explore, Yonahlossee is located only 4 miles from the quaint downtown of Blowing Rock with shopping, restaurants, and more. Yonahlossee is only 7 miles from downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. Grandfather Vineyard and Winery is a convenient 6.4-mile drive.
This 2BR unit features two queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a new HVAC system. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Enjoy the nearby access to Blowing Rock, Boone, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Grandfather Mountain for hiking, skiing in the winter, shopping, and dining. Enjoy the onsite fitness center, or just get out and explore the winding acreage and streams of Yonahlossee.
This unit has Club membership at Yonahlossee, with access to the fitness center, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts (right outside the door), and more (additional fees may apply).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 15 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 15 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
